I don't know much about them but was wondering if anybody would be able to give me a unimaginative more insight. Since there are the Volkswagen reliability rumors, should I not risk it and just get another Concord?

The CC is a fantastic car, and 130 is very fast. I am trusty the chip tunes will be out next year to remove the speed limiter but you should have regard for that VW put the speed limiter in for a reason. Safety
