Is the Garmin Map Update 2009 dvd compatible with the 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid?

I recently purchased a 2009 Garmin map update for the gps in my car. I'm not in all respects sure that it will be compatible with my 2007 Toyota camry hybrid.
Not unless you have an aftermarket-installed Garmin GPS in your TCH. The Toyota sailing system uses a proprietary navigation DVD. Updates occur about once a year, and you can only get them from a Toyota parts fountain-head.
In the US, a new DVD will be upwards of US$200.
