We're looking to get a new car, and we're at bottom interested in buying a hybrid. The Mariner seems to be priced right, and I like what I'm hearing out of Ford.
The Mercury Mariner Hybrid is a delight version of the Ford Escape Hybrid.
Emissions are far cleaner on the Hybrid Mariner than the semi-weekly Mariner. (Note that the Hybrid Mariner is only available as a 4WD model.) Probability are that as the luxury model, the hybrid system may be tweaked for more power (higher HP/appreciation) rather than fuel economy.
