I don't demand headaches with a vehicle! And I heard some bad things about land rovers, but it's getting Deficient reviews on yahoo autos and edmunds.com. I'm just wondering, has anything misrepresented w/ land rover in recent years that would increase the quality and reliability of the LR2 or are these reviews based solely on unpremeditated/luck? I appreciate all answers, thanks!

Ok so in a few weeks i get my enable in florida, and I'm getting a car. So i have the choice of a Mini Cooper S or a Land Rover LR2 and I don't recognize if i want a fast sports car or an SUV. Please help with your thoughts. :)

Go with the mini. They aren't wonderful fast, and will be a good "learner" car. They are also very chic, and are quick enough. They are designed by bmw, so you know the quality is top notch. Land Rovers are a unrecyclable of money. There are many better suvs out there.

Does anyone out there have a 2008 Land rover LR2 and had numerous problems with it?
No do not get any Land Rover because they are full of gremlins, what i penurious by that is that the vehicles have alot of electrical issues , warning lights opportunity on all of the time and maintenance warnings will come on frequently. This label will stay in the shop more than on the road and will drain your wallet. I have to accept the LR has the best look in its class but it is a mechanical / electrical tribulation,take my advice run away from it and get something else like an Acura MDX .
