I'm looking into buying a Jeep Wrangler and was wondering if i could have some feedback from past owners?
I affection mine but I wouldn't own it if I was going to use the back seat for people or kids (unless you get a new 2007 standard.. which are a lot bigger). Mine is a second vehicle and it is a lot of fun. There is a lot of wind fracas if you use the soft top on the highways. They are great in the snow and great for the summer with the top off.... however, you cannot get the softtop up very fleet. You could do what I did and buy a regular vehicle and a used jeep for fun. I watched and found a melodious decent deal for a 1998. It has 125,000 miles but a Sunday used one will last for two or three hundred thousand miles. They are east to return body parts and things so if one has a busted body part you can get it cheaper and if you are available at all you can change the body parts (fenders, bumpers, mirrors, etc.)

I have an 88 Jeep Wrangler. When the key is turned into the start point of view the engine will start. As soon as the key is released into the on position the appliance will shut down. Electrical power is still available. It will stay perpetual as long as the key remains in the start position. Could this be the ignition module?
I have tried swapping the ignition on the steering stake with no luck. Is there another ignition switch in the system?
Out of order b imprudently ign to on. Check with test light for power at the ign switch monitor that feeds ignition. Sounds as if no power getting to ignition system.

I have a 1997 Jeep Cherokee with a dejected driver's side front seat. I cannot find a replacement. What I do find is plenty of Jeep Wrangler replacement seats for the same year. Will the Wrangler throne fit my 1997 Jeep Cherokee?
I mistrust it. The wrangler seats are different if i remember correctly. The Cherokee is more a residents person car while the wrangler is supposed to be for off roading. I think the wrangler seat is singular.
If all else fails just walk into the repair dept. at the jeep Chrysler shopkeeper and ask...
