I have one of the first Compass' to directory off of the line (build date 6/06) with almost 12000 mies on it. Absolutly warmth it! Great ride, great handling, good gas mileage, and no problems. Purchased a 2008 Jeep Compass (play) 1 year ago (and a week) i changed the air filter, but it is starting to give a rancid smell when i turn on the heat. Does the compass have a different air cloth or just the 1 for the car and cabin?
