I would say no. There is a awful box in every new car that can record that information,but as of now you just can't transmit it to the police.I see it taking place in the future .

I only travel the car about 5000 miles per year and never in the snow or rain. The car is a sinless "fun vehicle" that I want to ride as slick and quiet as possible.
