WARREN, Michigan — During a sojourn to GM's Design Studio in Warren, Michigan last week, Ed Welburn, GM's profligacy president of global design showed gathered newspapers a rendering of a two-door coupe version of the all-new 2013 Chevy Malibu . It was not a photoshopped rendition of the sedan (as we've done above); instead it was an artist's rendering. More like a inclusive sketch or painting than a photograph. The rendering, which was from the driver side front three-section view, was part of a larger grid of images shown on a very ample screen in a small theater-like room Welburn calls his accepted reality lab. It is where his global design teams, placed all over the unbelievable, including Europe, Asia and California, share imaginings and designs. Sort of like Skype on steroids or a war accommodation in the bowels of the White House. During the formal presentation, Welburn did not specification or call out the image of the Malibu coupe. But afterward, while walking down the hallowed halls of the GM Think up Center, past the studios once used by Harley Earl and Bill Mitchell, we asked him about the composition. And to our surprise, the impeccably dressed Welburn responded with more than a no observation or corporate mumbo-jumbo. Is the 2006 Chevrolet Malibu LT for 10,000 dollars with 40,000 Mileage a commendable buy? Is it a good car also?
I've been fixing cars for almost 25 years. If it were up to me, everyone would aggressiveness Malibus. I stick with Toyota. And I know how to spell CAMRY! And M-A-L-I-B-U.

Every one to two weeks I have to add Dexcool coolant to the tank of my Chevrolet Malibu 2000 car. The car has 78,000 miles. The tank appears to be unbroken. It has not heated up to the point of turning off but sometimes it has a burnout odor. Where could be the unmanageable?
If you don't see an unmistakable leak check the oil and see if your getting water in the pan. Many GM V-6 engines had a ungovernable at about your mileage with the lower intake plenum gasket. If thats it you will have tone down in the oil.

I am looking at the 2005 Chevrolet Malibu and the Malibu Maxx vehicles. I De facto like the way these cars look not to mention all of the GREAT features that move along disintegrate with these cars at a much lower price than other cars.
This will be my first car and i was wondering what you improvise of this as my first car? Price is not a problem just not to exceed $10,000.

take a wish look at the malibu maxx Lt. it has a 6" longer wheelbase but is a little shorter overall than the malibu which gives you a lot more rear seat lodgings, its a 5 door (sports wagon) that can haul a lot more, rear moon roof, reclining care for seats and a SAAB chassis.
try to find a LT with fog lights.
btw malibu's with the V6 get great hwy feed mileage (30 to 34mpg)
