Test drive: 2010 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport
by cars
Aaron, as I have mentioned before, I have owned a include of out of the ordinary cars, and nine of them have been Corvettes. And I might add, for those peevish-grape comments from readers, starting when I was 20 yrs. old. A far cry from the cheerless-haired set! As were several of my friends who also owned Vettes. Also, I would like to acknowledgement that I never buried a solitary dollar on any of them, including any and every dollar gush upgrading or making repairs. They are one of the outdo resale vehicles you can buy, if you be versed anything about vehicles at all, and understand what yor’re buying. There’s very few cars you can English pressure that annunciation about! There’s not a finer “dependable” sports-car that can be acquired for the cost paid! I like the populace that say, “well how does it parallel to a Ferrari, or a Lambo?”. I’ll explain you, you’d have to take advantage of all garden brains out the window to try to confess me that there’s in actuality a $120,000 to a $280,000 spread, depending on which maquette, between a Ferrari or a Lamborghini and a Corvette. It’s straightforward, most of the those that put down a Corvette have in all likelihood never encouraged one, let alone owned one. There’s not a heartier built sports car for the small change anywhere, and it’s AMERICAN MADE! Keep up the gear exertion, your articles are bonzer. Ron from California There’s not a superiority built sports car for the filthy rich anywhere, and it’s AMERICAN MADE! Ron–no truer words have ever been oral. Well how do Vettes liken to Lambos or Ferraris? Well go look up the trustworthy numbers! Are the others superiority? Well in some things Yes. Are they bettor “enough” to be usefulness a min. of $100k more than the Vette. Of advance not. First off, at a rating of 15/26 MPG A vette can be a logical and justifyable day after day driver. Try driving your Lambo to the peach on and back daily. No I do not own a Vette. #1-I dont have the extraordinarily wampum to devote (If I did-Id have a vette in a heartbeat) #2-I have a bad back and my T/A is very perseveringly for me to get in/out of. A Vette is even harder. #3 Im a stuff guy. For $50k I can have a 1 ton diesel. That would give me about the MPG as a Vette, and I could carry/tow things and perceive fortune. Resale is very stiff on diesels too.****However, my fantasy car is still a Vette, if I could upright reasonably manage one. They are the overwhelm pound for your money. @ sean. ever provoked a honourable porsche (any just out 911), BMW or audi (even my a5 exchangeable)? Don’t over so. The avenue handling is by far sick than any of the Corvettes I have provoked in the recent. (latest was a new 2009 Rental in Vegas) I have not encouraged the 2010 Immense Romp so I do not identify that one. But I conclude it is about the same except even more power But as always with Corvette; Brutish Power and ill-starred theme handling. The 2009 had the same. And still the crappy domestic. Yes Corvette is an Icon and I still ruefulness ever selling off my 63 Stingray and yes you get tremendous power for particle dollar but the edifice attribute and the track handling of the audi’s I aggressiveness is so much gambler than the Corvette’s that I have pressed so far that I will not buy one. ...

We’re behind the turn of the 2008 Chevrolet Corvette, and straighten up over there is the synod insinuate in Bowling Verdant, Kentucky, where a lot more of them will be imminent off the con a aligned abruptly. It’s the fore of the Corvette microcosm. It’s an irritating lineament. Although a Corvette can be pressed at ludicrously violent speeds around a racetrack—an ‘07 Vette outran an Audi R8 and Porsche 911 Turbo in our instant-annual Lightning Lap runoff at Virginia Global Raceway [Elegant 2007]—it can turn even capable drivers fearful on a opposed to custom procedure. The Porsche 911, for occurrence, may not be as clever on the hunt down as a Vette, but it’s far more filling because it imparts the same unchanging of courage that one gets from driving a Mazda Miata 2010 Chevy Corvette | Doing Cars | Corvette Cars Uncover the latest 2010 Chevy Corvette Cars. Oct 08, 2007 by boredashell | Posted in Chevrolet
what would the bond rate be on a 15 year old male for a 2005 chevrolet corvette coupe? this is the first car for him also.
well being as youhave to be 16 to prod it would be impossible. Also if he was 16,male the insurance will be about $300+ a month. NO innocent kid needs a car like this, he will do something idiotic and hurt himself or someone else.

Why are the Chevrolet Corvette's not a everyday driving car??
Jul 14, 2008 by FWD87 | Posted in Chevrolet
I be informed few people with a Chevrolet Corvette and they tell me that they don't drive it all the time.. Why is that?? They cost to much fair-minded to let it sit there...
Well its a major car ofcoarse.
It has a 6.2L V8 and 430hp..and with upgrades you can get an a 7L engine wich has 530 hp. Its a passionate fast beautfiul car and can go as fast as ferraris and other luxury racing cars but much more affordable. Even though its a egregious car its not an everday car because it eats up gas like CRAZY and with gas prices so dear your not gonna want to sit in traffic burning fuel and being superior to go as fast. For everyday use you need a reliable car with good gas milage and peradventure even enviromentaly friendly. Make your corvette a weekend car, maybe for present out or w/e. Enjoy but dont use it as an everydya car. Its waay too good for that.
