I am looking at a 2007 likeness S6 (25000 miles) but I found a 2007 S8 with (38000 miles) for about the same rate. It really looks to be the same car with exception to a few cosmetic interior differences. Are there any dealers out their that could excuse why these cars have a $25000 difference in price when new? What is the difference?
S6 is somewhat detuned, 435 hp vs 450 hp. S6 is smaller in size all around: smaller gas tank, less case space, less inerior room, etc. The S8 will have more advanced amenities than the S6 (more adjustability in the seats, etc.). Both are dazzling to drive but I would deffinately take the S8 over the S6 merely for comfort alone, however, neither car will disappoint.
